The communication with auto responses and agents are a hard-work. The conversation always comes back to the beginning and once you’ve got a hold on to an agent they will deactivate/discontinue your conversation within 5minutes which is a total waste of time (and you need to go back to the same sequence). I think customer service could be improved. Proper instructions in booking reservations should been included, clear and consistent.
I had a great experience while asking some queries about the discounts or any offers.
The information that they provide is very clear. They will not make you feel like you are still hoping for something; instead, they are very straight-forward about the offers or discounts. This is good information on my end, and that's really making me feel very satisfied.

I am so thankful to the team of Cobone, especially dear Glayza, for helping me in resolving my query. The team was really quick to reply me. I accidentally chose the wrong option in the deal while purchasing. Payment was done but as soon as I realized my mistake, I immediately contacted Cobone customer care. I was amazed to get a quick response. Within 24 hours, my problem was resolved. Thanks a lot to the team Cobone.
My order was put into review after payment completed (card charged by bank). I've reached out to support to cancel the order and requested a refund but they proceed to confirm the order. Very troublesome process and unprofessional.
Update 26/12/2023:
I've have been very clear and direct requesting a refund from the 1st hour of placing the order. You put the blame on me for not responding in timely manner is a clear example how unprofessional the conduct is.
Instead of quickly cancelling the order upon initial request and still within the time frame of bank releasing the payment as per your explanation, you've taken your sweet time to wait and give further excuse that nothing can be done. You could have follow up or call me directly, but no you didn't do that either.
My advice to potential Cobone customers, there are other platforms that provide similar vouchers and deals. Groupon, Klook for example which are more reputable. I hope you don't have to go through and suffer a loss like I did. Good luck.
